Enhancement request added to http://maemo.org/intro/roadmap.html (Wishlist - Development). I think we all agree on the problem (developers uploading their packages elsewhere because of the extras upload process). We still don't agree in the solution, though. As soon as there is a consensus we will move this feature from wishlist to roadmap.
