Hi,

There seems to be something fishy with the dependencies, but you really
should not need to install debhelper. What's happening is that debhelper (or
actually an empty virtual package) is installed already. You are asking
apt-get to upgrade to a newer version from sardine and the newer version has
dependency problems.

Just don't upgrade debhelper and you should be fine. In any case Scratchbox
will override debhelper with its own, so what's installed with apt-get is
irrelevant.
