You need to provide .desktop file as attached in this mail. This file
needs to be installed to /usr/share/applications/hildon. I would suggest
you to read documentation at maemo.org.

I don't want to tell you as I might be using politically incorrect
method of doing debian packages myself. But here's a link to package
