It has been asked frequently, but I think there's no such documentation currently. But there's definitely a need for it. But it wouldn't be too hard write one. There's only one request and reply IIRC. And osso-wlan sources are available, so you don't have to guess anything: http://repository.maemo.org/pool/maemo3.2/free/source/osso-wlan_1.2.1.tar.gz Maybe you could write one and share it with community?
