If you still have it cached, and could describe how it works to
someone who hasn't seen it, it would be an opportunity for the
community to work on a replacement.

This would have some positive outcomes for both users and Nokia. For users:

1) We'd have an open-source replacement for DSME, without having to
wait for Nokia to decide what they're going to do w/ OHM.
2) We'd have an open-source replacment for DSME in case Nokia decides
_not_ to use OHM.
3) We'd have an entirely open-source alternative to OHM in case Nokia
decides to leverage the LGPL license of OHM to keep modules closed.

For Nokia:
1) the community does the work of creating an open-source replacement
for DSME and maintaining it
2) a streamlined decision-making process (no involvement of Nokia lawyers)
