Hi! I made a few additional layouts for n800 (http://garage.maemo.org/projects/xkblayouts). After graduation SDK release became clear, as will be done in 810. I looked out of file /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/nokia_vndr/rx-44 and official photos of keyboard from Nokia to tie keys and their scan-codes. But a few keys, I was unable to determine. I don't find codes for "Chr" and "Right Shift".
