Just to be clear, I guess I was assuming/describing my own preferred
way of working - i.e. that if an application appears (following a
refresh) in the Application Manager list, I would see no need, if I
already knew what it was, to go and check it out in the App Catalog;
I'd just install it using Application Manager.

However, I can see now that the App Catalog can also have useful other
purposes, for marketing and as a central point for accumulating
feedback etc.; thanks for pointing that out.
