That's true, the email says:

"..The discount codes of the N810 maemo contributors program are going
to be valid from today onwards in the supported Nokia shops. Some of
the shops might not have device in stock yet. If this is the case of
your country please be a little bit (more) patient..."

But it doesn't clarify if the "shops without stock" are the ones
listed in the email or not.

BTW, Canada is not in the list, but at the end of the email it says
something about Canada receiving instructions next week and nothing
about USA.
