I got hit by the "wrong keyboard" issue as I purchased a normal, full-price
810 from the on-line shop. Unfortunately Nokia customer service seems
to insist I return the unit for a refund, instead of replacing the unit.
I would be more than happy with an UK- or US-spec unit, or even a finnish
keyboard - I don't actually want a Dutch one. And definitely not a CH/AT one.
