Looks good. Start from the README.html on the desktop. Maximise the window and forget about Windows :-) All the packages you need for working is inside the Virtual Machine. You will find lot of help here http://maemo.org/community/oldwiki/howto/ Also note down the steps you had to take to get here so that we can just point out that page if someone comes for help later. Add explanations to anything which you learned on this process also. You are all set!!
