The speed is the same. The software is the same. The n800 is missing qwerty keyboard and the GPS. Otherwise the are pretty same. N800 can even use bluetooth GPS devices and keyboards. N810 has an integrated internal 2GB "mmc" and one mini SD slot where the n800 has two full sized MMC/SD slots. -- Tuomas
