I've had a couple students working for me on a SIP app for a few months
now. The platform has telepathy and sofia-sip which should allow the
development of SIP apps. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any good
documentation or tutorials that show how to use these in the maemo
context (even just setting up an account for mission control in
scratchbox seems impossibly hard).
