I think some formalised set of features would be useful, especially to draw in more developers (so they know what's going on and who's doing what and what they could do). Though we should leave it somewhat open-ended and allow extra features to be added to that formalised set as and when they come up and are discussed (otherwise people might get bored as they can't hack on what they want to do). > - Collaboration channels?
