Hi,
It's been a while, but the promised ICd2 header files are released for
Diablo[1]. With the help of the ICd2 header files networks such as USB
and BT PAN can be integrated more tightly into ICd2 without relying on
glue provided by the dummy network. The header files themselves are
available as BSD, but ICd2 itself is still Nokia proprietary. The header
files are documented in Doxygen syntax.
I also added a link to the Connectivity presentation to the Maemo Summit
wiki page; the WLAN slides have already been there for ages.
