Well, AVC and older, Spark video can legally be supported by the Internet Tablets out of the box. Spark is h.263 is MPEG-4 Visual with Short Header. As Nokia pays MPEG LA for the MPEG-4 Visual License, they get licensed for h.263 for "free".
