For the devkit, "as expected" means to invoke "maemo-optify-deb --auto" at the 
right time.
Whatever maemo-optify-deb does is not under scrutiny yet.

Correct, the default mode for maemo-optify-deb --auto (when debian/optify
does not exist) is currently "none".
