Not sure if this is enoguh for you, but..
well it is possible to change pages when it's in full screen mode with
HW keys, but _only_ if the zoom level is <= 'FIT WIDTH'. otherwise it's
not
That is, if you zoom so as to not have scroll bars, it should work?
