Hi,
I was able to install pine with the following command as root:
dpkg-deb -x pine_4.64-1_arm.deb /var/lib/install/usr
Apparently the Debian package consists of a single file only (pine),
which is installed into /var/lib/install/usr/bin/pine with the above
command.
