There was an error in that version. Just adjust your World Clock 3 hours
and the desktop clock will be fine.
Alex, this was a common sense fix I wish that I had considered.
I hear that OS2006 has been released which causes me to re-ask my
earlier question:
1. I use Mac OS X. Is there any way (other than using Virtual PC or
buying an Intel-Mac) to load system updates onto the 770 using it
instead of Windows?
-- Go to the Maemo website (at http://www.maemo.org) and there is a
flasher tool for the command line. I belive its under downloads/tools.
Also see http://bleb.org/software/770/ for a graphical front-end to the
flasher that you may find easier to use (haven't tried it myself, but
heard good things).
Mike and Alex, can I use these flasher tools to update to OS2006? I
recall the Maemo.org Tools page saying something like the flasher only
works for maemo1.1. Is this the same thing, or am I getting confused
(maemo1.1 = OS2005, maemo2.0 = OS2006)?
I would like to download and install this upgrade, but I do not want
to fry the 770 in the process. :-(

You'll need the new flasher, flasher2.0. That should work.
