Hello again, after a visit on your website i know your zip code. So lets have a look at www.dug.de and enter Hamburg and you will find some repairpoints. I turned my device always in over dug. The only question is that was you wrote "...please enter your IMEI..." after some Explanations that the device has no IMEI only a MAC it works fine.
