This repository is your problem, and you can't disable it via the App Manager. You can manually edit /etc/apt/sources.list and disable it, but this might cause problems with missing dependencies. I've had the same error from time to time, perhaps the Nokia server is having a problem. I notice that the Downloads[1] page is screwed once again - it wasn't responding on Saturday, and now (Sunday) it gives a fatal Midgard error.
