http://maemo.org/downloads/d3.php will redirect you to the new location of these Nokia made (mainly binary) files. The new server is http://tablets-dev.nokia.com (the index page is just a draft!!). All the tools, tablet firmware's, SDK rootstraps, and other SDK binaries are relocated there.
