it's always the same story with Skype! When I had Nokia 770, I couldn't use Skype, they didn't a Nokia 770 version, because it hasn't enough processing power to make voice calls, but I was able to do voice calls with Gizmo. Now the same situation: N800/N810 haven't enough processing power to do video calls with Skype, while you can do them with integrated Gtalk client or with Gizmo. Skype: closed source, slow, consumes a lot of processing power, use your bandwith....
