Hi ag2,

I read your announcement [2] and tried gps-clockd from [1]. It works well.
Thank you very much!

I have been wondering if gps-clockd also sets the hadware clock of the n810?

I remember that we had a thread about using ntpdate on the 770 in 2006.
In order to set the hardware clock one had to run

/mnt/initfs/usr/bin/retutime --rtc-from-system

Is this also required with gps-clockd?

I would like to see ntp and gps-based time synchronization as a default
function of itos.

Best regards
Krischan
