Thanks for letting me know. Fixed. I guess the release wasn't called an
"alpha" for nothing: I skipped some of the manual testing and only used
it with existing configs, which had the right URL...
For those who want to avoid editing config files:
syncevolution --configure \
--sync-property syncURL=http://sync.scheduleworld.com/funambol/ds
\
--source-property uri=cal2 \
scheduleworld calendar
