The procedure with the headset itself is of course the same as with anything else - put it in pairing mode. With the N800, go to Control Panel->Bluetooth. Make sure the "Bluetooth on" checkbox is checked, then click Devices->New. I don't remember whether or not "Visible" needs to be checked, but I think that's only necessary if the N800 is being used as a client, like as a remote control or something.
