You can only reopen if you either have sufficient editbugs permissions or if you are the reporter him/herself. > Could someone setup the bugzilla so as reopening them is possible ? That would mean giving out permissions to everybody and I don't like that idea (and setting separate permissions for everybody only for reopening RESOLVED FIXED status would require some code changes).
