The problem seems that the software ( epoll ) is taking too much time to send mails and so the process is killed ( the limit was raised to 5 minutes to test, still no go ). That's likely a problem on our mail server setup, as main developer told me he managed to do this without trouble on his server. I will be investigating, but I do not think I will be able to consecrate much time until tomorrow night.
