svn::mirror is broken upstream since subversion 1.6.x
bug has been reported in 2009, and isn't fixed yet:
https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=51088
and since svk requires perl-SVN-Mirror... i'm unable to rebuild it.
