Yes there is no reason
What should be decided is if Mageia switches back to default search
engine or selects another one for whatever reason
Following upstream seems to be the safer solution for the moment.
( even if I would not be against promoting alternative solutions ).
Agreed. But the reason of promoting ask.com as default search engine,
is that they have an agreement with Mandriva the company. So...
When speaking of alternatives, I was more thinking of distributed one
like
yacy, seeks, majestic12 rather than others commercials one.
