i think this is normal; i remember that at one point systemd was pushed, but there was no vendor preference for sysvinit, so some people with upgrades should have gotten systemd-sysvinit... since a bit later the vendor preference was set. i imagine due to update on sysvinit, you're being asked to uninstall systemd, which is not the default sysvinit provider anyway. i would go ahead...
