Please submit kdenlive, this adds a suggests on oxygen-icon-theme, for users installing this package and using DE's other than KDE4; without the icon theme the GUI doesn't have any icons, which is a drawback (and almost anti-HIG, as visual recognition is a major feature in today's desktops). Arguably the user can edit kdeglobals and change the icon theme that KDE uses to some other theme, but that's is not user friendly (let alone that not all users will know about that file).
