I saw vlc.1.1.11-0.1-mga1 added in mageia1/core/backports_testing It's maybe an error as we can find the same version in mageia1/core/updates ... I looked into Revision 153535 and Revision 153536 perhaps a typo line 322 Builrequires instead of BuildRequires Maybe an explanation for missing devel dependencies and build failure Hope it will help
