IMHO the release tag is a bit wrong, now you don't have the "release"
part to bump when building another release of the same pkg.
When using prereleases or snapshots you should use '%mkrel -c
%{snapshot} %{rel}' (0.%snapshot.%rel) to get more proper release tag.
Then you can push '%mkrel 1' when the final version is released.
