since I was wrong with what is really this package, I see only one on the bugzilla: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3718 Xfce is more used than e17, and there was some threads on forums for *install* only xfce that's why this bug exist, and since e17 pkgs were missing on the media since some release (also in mdv).
