As cpuid is only updating the "final" snapshot once a year, I think it
will be good to have it uptodate for 2 (KVM, CPUs, chips updates).
Agreed. It is not used by any other package, it is "unimportant", it has
non-frequent releases, and it can quickly become out-of-date as new
hardware is released.
