This is actually not a change in software version, but just in the package 
version.  Internally it thinks it's 4.9.0 even though the tarball version is 
4.9, and we should have called it 4.9.0 in the first place.  Mandriva pushed it 
to 2010.2 as 4.9.0, which rpm thinks is newer than 4.9, so we have to do the 
same in Mageia 1, and I'm finally fixing it now in Cauldron.
