[Mageia-dev] Freeze push request: spamassassin

Please push spamassassin to the build system. The EnvironmentFile option in the recently added systemd unit file pointed to the wrong place. As a result spamd won't start. See also https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5572

There are no other changes in the package other than a fix for this problem. This fixes the problem for me, but unfortunately not for the bug reporter it seems, so another iteration might be needed. However, without this fix it won't work at all on a systemd enabled system, and with it, there is a greater likelyhood that it will, so I think it would be good if we can have this in the RC at least while we work on getting the issue solved for the reporter too.
