Hi
I have not yet figured out howto add custom application launch icon
to gnome 3.4. alacarte that is supposed to be a gui app for that
seems to be broken. Same bug also with fedora 16:

I then tried to add the launch desktop file manually to
/usr/share/applications with text editor, but still the app does not show up
on application list.
Is there some command that I am supposed to run to get the app list
refreshed after adding the new desktop file?
