get progress and a responsible person for each small part that has to be done.
i'd like to have responsible persons for the following things that need to be
done.
1. QA needs to make updated backport process (Stormi)
We did discuss this in our meeting last week and agreed several things,
the policy was not updated though as yet.
We'll revisit it tomorrow as Stormi was not available last week and get
something written down.
