[Mageia-dev] Package without signature - libqthelp4

The following package has bad signature:
/var/cache/urpmi/rpms/libqthelp4-4.8.2-3.mga3.i586.rpm: Missing signature (OK 
((none)))

I thought this wasn't supposed to be able to happen.
