You can't add a Fedora/RHEL style repo as an urpmi repo, and as it only contains
one package, which receives no updates, this is even quite useless.

It may go a very long time between updates, but it does happen now & then. It was originally developed a couple of decades ago, so doesn't really need a lot of updating.
