This updates to 1.0.5, a bugfix release. It has internal build system fixes, man page fixes, fixes for compiler warnings, and the following two other fixes:
- open /dev/console with NOCTTY and O_NONBLOCK flags (fix for SPARC) - don't rely on being able to set tab stops Verified that it builds and works fine in Cauldron.
