I got rid of playing with rpm -Uvh --oldpackage foobar*rpm libfoobarX*rpm,
so I added basic support for --downgrade (mga#6655).
What's supported is eg:
- enabling updates_testing
- installing foobar from updates_testing
- disabling updates_testing
- running "urpmi --downgrade foobar" which will revert
back to version from updates or release
