[Mageia-dev] disable proprietary codec in Chromium

is it possible to disable proprietary_codecs in chromium in removing the line :
"-D proprietary_codecs=1 \"
from spec and enable NaCL by removing the line:
"-D disable_nacl=1 \"

nacl was enabled in Chromium 21, so it is a regression from Mageia 2.
