Current rpm5 breaks even its own db _way_ too easy leaving a mess...
Let mdv cope with the breakage....

As important package rpm is, we want it rock solid.

Agreed, even if Mageia switches to rpm5 that shouldn't happen now at
all; everyone is working on setting up the bases, many other tasks to
worry about / work on already. :)

great, i'm glad i'm not the only one who feels this way.

After reflection, I'm going from sitting on the fence to agreeing that we should definitely wait.
So it looks like everyone is on side :)

Besides, our repective roadmaps see our first stable release before Mandriva's first rpm5 stable release.
