https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109 2 ways out: 1. press ctrl+Alt+Backspace 2 times to restart the x server. In the login screen you can select Shutdown from the icon with the "ring". 2. press Ctrl+Alt+F1 to change to a console and do a shutdown from there. In both cases be sure you closed all your applications before. -- wobo
