URPMI is incomparably superior to apt-get.
Please note that Debian's and Ubuntu's recommended tool for package management is now aptitude, not apt-get. Also, being used to both Debian and Mandrive, I'm not sure how urpmi is supposed to be that superior. I tend to prefer its command-line for querying (urpmf vs apt-file, urpmq vs "aptitude whatever"), but that's a matter of taste. Also, in the end, what matters most is the quality of the packages themselves. Regards Antoine.
