I haven't felt the need yet. Besides, the default behaviour in gnome-shell is that workspaces are created and deleted dynamically. There is a shell extension that allows you to always open windows of your choice on specified workspaces though, if you want that. -- Reinout van Schouwen http://vanschouwen.info/
