I for one would very much like the ability to do a network install over wifi, however, I get that bloating boot.iso with this isn't an option, and having the wireless drivers in the dual cd doesn't really help either as they don't fit with policy.
So the bootwifi.iso idea seems good to me, but that would depend on the qa capabilities and such. I'm not sure if it will be of any help, but I think that gentoo have a wireless function in there "installer"
